Robert Gibbons - Director

Robert Gibbons founded RTJ Solutions Ltd in 2002 having
previously worked as a Contracts Manager for Besam Ltd. He has
14 years
experience of working with a range of electro-mechanical
aptitudes to include alarm/security systems, access control and
automatic doors and shopfronts to name a few, in a wide variety
of industries.
Ashvin Gounder - Commercial Director

Ashvin Gounder is a former Internal Sales and Operations
Manager for Besam Ltd. He has a vast experience holding
a number of positions across many industries which range
from engineering - airlines & air cargo - web development
- automatic doors and the construction industry over a
22 year period respectively. Amongst numerous qualifications, Ashvin
holds a BSc degree in Computer Aided Engineering.

Wildridge - Contracts Manager

Peter Wildridge has a wealth of experience in the
glazing industry with an impressive 28 years. There is very little that
Peter does not know about glass and this gives us a
unique advantage over competitors when discussing and
advising the best type of glazing for specific
applications. Peter joined RTJS at the beginning of 2008 after
working 9 years at Homeserve, holding the positions of Branch Manager and Southern
Commercial Manager.

Peter Breakingbury
has worked in the aluminium industry for 15 years with a
number of different organisations. Peter brings with him
the experience of building close strategic relationships
with all clients and has a proven track record of
managing very large sized projects. He takes great pride
in his communication skills and looks forward to
liaising with customers and assisting with site/project
requirements.
Julie Keen - Service

Julie Keen has over
18 years experience in varied roles across the following
sectors: Architectural, Financial Services, NHS
Healthcare and the Construction Industry. Julie manages
all of our service technicians and she possesses
very strong administration and organisational skills,
which assist Julie in her current role by
providing our customers with an excellent customer
service.
Donna
Cookson - Marketing Administrator

Donna Cookson has extensive customer service experience
in many roles across the following areas of a business:
Sales, After Sales Service and accounts departments. She
has worked in a variety of industries to include:
Leisure, Double Glazing, Business Machines/equipment,
Petroleum, Commercial Property and Automatic Doors.
Donna also works closely with our contracts department
and currently overseas all Health and Safety issues for
the company.
Angela Gibbons - Sales Administrator

Angela Gibbons has over 17 years experience in the
automatic door industry. She spent 13 years at Besam Ltd
working in a number of roles within the service and
sales departments. Angela also managed RTJ Solutions'
accounts department for 4 years prior to recently
moving into Sales and Estimating.
Wanda
Berry- Accounts Manager

Wanda Berry comes from a solid financial background with
18 years experience. She has worked across many
industries covering accounting aptitudes such as:
accounts receivable/payable, stock control, purchasing,
online banking, management accounts and controlled
accounts to name a few.
Janusz Wolski - Chief Fabricator
Janusz Wolski is an experienced tradesman. His skills
set range from fabrication of aluminium and uPVC
windows, doors and shopfronts to being a fully
qualified carpenter, manufacturing similar products.
Janusz runs the workshop and ensures that only the
highest quality products leave our premises for
installations on site.
