RTJ Solutions Ltd installation and service technicians are all members and card holders of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and fully conversant in working with other manufacturers door equipment. All engineers are authorised technicians of the Automatic Door Suppliers Association (ADSA), and work in compliance with BS7036 - British Standard for the Code of practice for "Safety at powered doors for pedestrian use". RTJS hold Gold accreditation with Exor Group and regular Health & Safety checks are carried out by Clarity Safety Solutions Limited.

We offer our customers competitive service and maintenance contracts suited to their requirements. This includes bi-annual servicing on automatic sliding and swing door operators, and one annual service on aluminium manual doors, steel doors and roller shutters. Our engineers respond to general breakdown callouts within 2-3 days, and any priority security issues are dealt with on the same day.
